Šaltibarščiai su rūkyta skumbre ir bulvytėmis

mackerel is an interesting ingredient in in of itself so i was excited to try something new in šaltibarščiai (especially since i’m not opposed to smoky stuff) unfortunately though the mackerel was too flavorful and felt out of place :(
