As refined as it could probably get for a Pink Soup matcha latte.. all the notes and flavors of pink soup balanced with really lovely matcha. Beautifully presented, I wish I had not requested a to-go cup.

Ok I can understand beetroot flavors (sweetness, tartness perhaps?), but does it also taste of dill or spring onion? I can’t imagine how that would go well with matcha 🧐
@mayoqueen It’s true that there was less green onion and more beet and cucumber. It was definitely an “interesting” drink!
